This past Wednesday, I attended the 9th annual Washington Humane Society’s doggie friendly Sugar and Champagne event at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington honoring the WHS Officers, who work 24-hours a day, saving the homeless, lost, neglected and abused animals.   It was a beautifully produced event, as usual.

This recipe comes from the Ritz-Carlton in Phoenix.  During a trip to Phoenix, a friend and I began a quest for the best Martini in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. At the Ritz they served us these delicious marinated olives.
