School bells are ringing again as young children everywhere are missing the summer counting down until its return. While kids worry about recess and what snack to eat first, a local non profit organization, The Role Models Foundation, is making sure they have the necessary utensils to participate in a productive school day.

Georgia Association of the Deaf will host the inaugural Deaf Children’s Literacy Gala on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at the J.W. Marriott Atlanta Buckhead to raise money and awareness.
