Heidi Schmidt is a writer, and fitness enthusiast. Although a born and bred New Englander she is now proud to call Maryland home. After briefly pursuing a career in politics Heidi found her passion in social media marketing and community management. She currently lives in Annapolis with her husband and their two cats. In the rare moments when she’s not working or writing, you’ll find her sailing, running or biking around town. She is an aspiring foodie and loves to try new recipes as well as explore new additions to the restaurant scene. Heidi sits on the board of the Junior League of Annapolis, inc., and is active with Girls on the Run of Greater Chesapeake.
