Her love for writing started back in high school when her English teacher told her just how good of a writer she thought Alana was. Alana is involved in charities and organizations that involve Lupus, HIV/AIDS, and breast cancer. With almost ten years in the retail industry, she has had the opportunity to mix her love of fashion and great organizations once a year when her company teams up with St. Jude to help raise money for children who suffer from cancer.
