 Alizey Khan, a British native who immigrated to the United States 7 years ago, first came to Charleston on vacation the summer before her senior year of high school. She instantly fell in love with the city's elegant, old-world charm, decided to move here after graduation, and is now a senior at the College of Charleston double-majoring in Studio Art and Arts Management. Her favorite things about Charleston are the Colonial architecture and the food carts. Alizey is a visual artist focusing on paintings and prints depicting the beauty of outer space, working freelance through sales of original artwork through her website at Alizey Khan Space Art and her Etsy store at ArtByAlizey, where you can find custom painted space shoes, custom commissions on canvas and prints.
