Annual House Party For Ronald McDonald House Charities Of Central Texas

The Austin community will once again join together with Friends of the House to support Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas at this year’s House Party on June 6. Friends of the House strives to give back by supporting the RMHC as a “home away from home” for families who have a child that is critically ill or injured. This group of young professionals will be running the House Party as it brings in a lively group for the fourth year. Last year, the event made more than $34,000 from a sold outHP-2015-MAIN-IMAGE_Website-01-01-550x350 crowd. Because it costs $100 per night to house and feed a family and no family is ever turned away, these funds are necessary to continue in the mission of Ronald McDonald House. In 2015, the party will include an open bar and picnic style catering menu from Di Lux Catering and Cru Wine Bar. While attendees are sipping delicious cocktails and nibbling deserts from Bribery Bakery, DJ 5-oh will provide entertainment. The day will be complete with a silent auction and backyard games to give the afternoon a fun outdoor party feel that also helps families and children in Austin.

WHEN: June 6, 2015 from 7 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
