As part of the Harris Theater for Music and Dance‘s Exelon Family Series, The Peking Acrobats will be performing the first weekend in February. This entertaining, all-ages spectacle thrills with astounding feats of mind-boggling talent, a modern twist on ancient Chinese techniques spanning 2,000 years of history. The troupe’s gymnasts, jugglers, cyclists, and tumblers blend ancient tradition with modern-day stagecraft for a wild, unforgettable journey of the Far East.

Make it a weekend, downtown excursion for everyone! Families can grab some famous, Chicago-style pizza and support the Harris Theater’s Access Tickets Program by eating at the Giordano‘s Prudential Plaza location (130 E. Randolph). Simply bring in the flier enclosed in the program from the show to Giordano’s, and 15% of the bill will go towards the Access Tickets program. This is valid only on Saturday, February 7.

Through the Access Tickets Program, the Harris Theater partners with health and human service organizations, K-12 schools, and community arts organizations to provide underwritten tickets for children, students, and families. They notably work with those facing life-threatening illnesses to lift them up  when faced with challenges through the happiness an arts performance an bring.
