Meera Rajagopalan is the Austin Editor for Miss A. A proud Longhorn, Meera earned her journalism degree from UT. Some of her hobbies include event planning, writing and baking. Austin City Limits Music Festival 2014: Austin Eats

Austin is known as the “live music capital of the world,” but it’s also known for the incredible food served up each day. At the Austin City Limit Music Festival, it’s not just the music that showcased, but this great diversity of food too.

From something to satisfy that sweet tooth to a cold drink of lemonade, Austin Eats will have many options for festival goers. Keep in mind the selections are not your normal festival foods.  While there may not be “funnel cakes and turkey legs,” ACLers will not be disappointed at the options available. Many vendors also provide a vegetarian option, and some will have a gluten-free option too.

Terry’s Burger Stand, Shadtree Fresh Squeezed Lemonade, Snowie, Southside Flying Pizza, Stubb’s Bar-B-Q, Tamale Addiction, The Mighty Cone, The Peached Tortilla, The Salt Lick, Tiff’s Treats, Tinos Greek Cafe, and Torchy’s Tacos.

The festival is just around the corner, so start getting ready. There is still time to buy tickets to enjoy some incredible music.
