American lifestyle brand and globally recognized retailer, Lands’ End, is adding yet another notch to its ongoing commitment to charitable giving through its latest launch of the Pink Thread Project–a campaign designated to providing funding for breast cancer awareness by benefiting www.Breastcancer.org. The Pink Thread Project officially launched on September 19, 2014 and will go through October 31, 2014; giving supporters more than enough time to participate in the latest of the Lands’ End initiatives.

Customers can choose from six pink icons and have these icons personally applied on any Lands’ End product that can embroidered, from sweaters to scarves to the majority of outerwear selections. By purchasing an embroidered icon, 75% of the embroidery fee of $6.00 will be donated to www.Breastcancer.org, one of the leading organizations committed to providing informative resources on breast cancer and support.

As a leading retailer, Lands’ End has assorted products for use in the Pink Thread Project from home products to casual wear for men, women and children. With guiding principles grounded in not only customer service but also community assistance and lending a helping hand, Lands’ End sets itself apart from competitors by supporting non-profit organizations such as: American Heart Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters and a countless list of others. Its latest involvement with the Pink Thread Project is yet another instance where Lands’ End has prioritized charitable giving in connection with the company’s core values.
