She has a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition from Michigan State University, and is following her passion for food after leaving the pharmaceutical industry where she worked as a sales representative for nearly a decade. Arby’s Foundation Fights To End Childhood Hunger With No Kid Hungry

Arby’s is known for their roast beef but they also believe in chartible giving through their foundation which focuses on ending childhood hunger in America. Arby’s Foundation started in 1986 as a way to gice back to the communities Arby’s serves.  Since that time more than 58 Million dollars have been donated to various charities throughout the USA. In 2011, Arby’s foundation changed its charitable mission statement to fighting childhood hunger. Their vision is to ensure that all children in America have access to wholesome food – every day.
