All proceeds will benefit Charolette Maxwell Complementary Clinic, a non-profit health center that offers alternative medical treatments for low-income women in their fight against cancer. The clinic is located in Oakland and San Francisco, CA, and includes services such as acupuncture, herbs, massage, Chinese and Western herbs, therapeutic imagery, social services, organic foods and transportation. According to the clinic, “Our core mission is to provide relief from the terrible side affects of cancer and it’s treatments, to enhance immune function and better the quality of life for women battling cancer.”

Since it’s start in 2000 Breastfest has helped those in need, and established a culture for beer-tasting events in San Francisco. According to Breastfest, “Our beer tasting festival has become an elite presence for breweries on the West Coast and beyond, it gives the craft brewing industry a way to create camaraderie for a worthy cause.”
