Grace Kim is a writer and abolitionist of human trafficking/ modern day slavery. She does outreach to end sex slavery in multiple countries in Asia and has worked with NGOs and NPOs such as Hope Be Restored and Agape International Missions (AIM) for the last several years. She is also the director and founder of Light in the Night Prayer Walk, an organization that seeks to eradicate sex trafficking in Korean American communities in the U.S. Grace earned her B.A. from UCLA in English literature and graduated from William Alderson Acting School where she studied the Meisner Technique for three years. Most of her time is spent serving others who are vulnerable or have been victimized by sex trafficking. She writes for her own blog and is currently working on her first novel about the underground Korean-American sex industry. During her free time, Grace enjoys reading fiction, Shakespeare, and the Bible and likes cooking.

Alpha Phi Beta Delta Red Dress Gala 2014 In Los Angeles

The Alpha Phi Beta Delta, a chapter of Alpha Phi, invite you to the Alpha Phi Beta Delta Red Dress Gala, their largest philanthropic charity event of the year. The Beta Delta chapter of Alpha Phi is a sisterhood and sorority on the west coast at the campus of UCLA. These young women actively volunteer their time and efforts to raise millions of dollars every year to educate others on the importance of charity, donate to foundations for women’s heart health, and help others who are in need.

Join them on Saturday, May 31st for an evening of dining and dancing to benefit great philanthropic causes! This fabulous gala will take place at the posh and upscale Bel-Air Country Club in Los Angeles.
