Go green with The Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science and more than 75 FedEx volunteers at the third annual Community Conservation Project. Volunteers will replant twenty species of shrubs and trees at Oleta River State Park as part of a grant program sponsored by FedEx and National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF). The Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science was one of 16 non-profit organizations from across the country chosen by FedEx and NFWF to receive a grant in 2014. The museum’s grant funds its MuVE project through which FedEx volunteers in Miami support projects that restore ecological services. Projects include that provide wildlife habitats, capture carbon emissions and ensure green spaces for future generations.

The theme for this year’s competition is SCANDAL. Made.In.Miami’s mission is to provide a platform for young designers to showcase their work and launch a national career.
