Turtle Creek Home Tour In Dallas

Whether you are in the market to purchase a new home, or just to keep up with the latest new home trends, come join in on the Turtle Creek Association Luxury Home Tour on Sunday, April 27th.

The tour will be held from 1:00-5:00 P.M. and will include five luxury homes to view. There will be a post tour reception from 6:00-8:00 held at the Sky Club atop the Mayfair at Turtle Creek.

The five homes being featured on the tour are an impressive array of luxurious homes built custom by various Dallas designers. The tour will include four high-rise homes as well as one single family home within the tour.

First of the homes include the single family home built by Steven Hild and designed by the architect, Lionel Morrison. This home located on Abbott Avenue takes a minimalistic approach using clean lines and an overall sleek look. The inside captures furnishings by the interior designer, Gonzalo Bueno.

The second home on the tour is sure to grab people’s eye, as it is a beautiful high-rise on Turtle Creek Boulevard. It is mixed with both eclectic as well as historic details. The designer is, Christoper Ridolfi and the architect, Howard Meyer. This home has cypress paneling, herringbone teak flooring, as well as furnishings to gather compliments from anyone. In fact, this particular high-rise is considered a Dallas icon. It is listed on the National Registrar of Historic Places. Wow!

The third stop on the home tour is that of The Residence at Turtle Creek North. This home is designed by Jason Rand of Mitchell Gold as well as Bob Williams and Grant Vancleve of D&G Design. This condominium is a wonderful blend of comfort and modern touches. It offers a variety of furnishings, fabric,s and lighting as well as incredible artwork and sculptures.

The fourth home is another high-rise on the 16th floor at The Vendome on Turtle Creek. Neal Stewart is the local designer who used an array of unique artwork along with bolder colors throughout the home to offer a more contemporary style. The master bath is done in a beautiful marble, and the custom kitchen in this home would appeal to anyone.

And, last, but certainly not least, the tour will showcase the final high-rise home located on the penthouse floor at The Residence at W Hotel Dallas. This home’s owner, Todd Morgenstern is also the designer, and artist. He designed this space to include comfort with living areas that provide a great escape atmosphere, and functionality such as this home’s artwork backdrop capabilities.

The Turtle Creek Association in a non-profit company whose main focus is to help protect and preserve the greenways and parklands of the 87 Acre corridor of Turtle Creek. As Jon Beasley, the president of Turtle Creek Association mentioned, “We deeply appreciate the homeowners who have so graciously opened their homes to this fundraising tour.”
