Sophia Ernst received her yoga certification directly after high school. After graduating from University in Chicago, and some travel abroad, she returned to live and work in Denver. Sophia has in interest in all things cultural and Denver is full of places to discover the arts. Sophia enjoys exploring the world by car, bike and on foot with her friends and family, her sister and her adorable and fearless dog.

Cocktails For a Cure to Support the University of Denver Cancer Center

It’s girls night! Bring your friends for a wonderful night of hor d’oeuvres and libations. The 5th annual Cocktails for a Cure is bringing you the best in master mixologists, a silent auction, delicious treats, and networking.  Drinks will be presented by Tag, Frasca, Bol, Guard & Grace, and Jax. This women’s only event and fundraiser is meant to be a night of celebrating the women of Colorado and supporting the research and treatment of cancers at the University of Colorado Cancer Center.

The University of Colorado Cancer Center brings together three state universities and six different institutions to work as a team. Their goal is to relieve suffering from cancer by developing and discovering breakthroughs in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of differnt types of cancer affecting women. They are the only National Cancer Institute designated comprehensive cancer center.

Join Chairwomen Pat Cortez and Brook Griese among others, as well as Emcee former Broncos quarterback and the founder of Judi’s House, Brian Griese.  The community has come together behind this great cause. The presenting sponsor is Sherman & Howard, LLC. The matching sponsor is the Salah Foundation and the event is brought to the public by Mercer, Cook Street Consulting, and Keystone Resort.
