The Greensward Circle, Central Park Conservancy’s network of young professionals, presents Swing into Spring. The next generation of philanthropists dedicated to supporting the restoration and maintenance of Central Park will celebrate the return of spring on Wednesday, April 9th at Swing into Spring at the Loeb Boathouse. There will be nearly 300 guests, including members of the Conservancy’s network of young professionals, who will enjoy hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and live music by Lost in Paris.
The mission of Central Park Conservancy is to restore, manage and enhance Central Park in partnership with the public, for the enjoyment of present and future generations. A private, not-for-profit organization founded in 1980, Central Park Conservancy provides 75 percent of Central Park’s $58 million park-wide expense budget and is responsible for all basic care of the Park.
The Greensward Circle, Central Park’s Conservancy’s network of young professionals, is a committed group of young philanthropists dedicated to preserving Central Park for future generations through annual support and raising awareness of the Conservancy’s mission to restore, manage, and enhance Central Park.
