Sandy, her husband Steve and their son Brian have been living in Wellington, Florida for more than 28 years. She was owner & Executive Chef of Affairs to Remember Catering for almost 18 years with events such as the Grand Opening of Saks Fifth Avenue at the Gardens Mall, opening parties at The Mall at Wellington Green, SunFest, opening season at International Polo and assorted private parties throughout South Florida to her credit. The Henry Morrison Flagler Museum’s Cafe des Beaux-Arts will offer romantic Tea-for-Two packages on February 14 – 16, 2014 which includes includes a traditional full tea of gourmet tea sandwiches, scones, desserts and Whitehall Special Blend™ tea served on Whitehall Collection™ china. In 1902 Henry Flagler built Whitehall as a wedding present for his wife, Mary Lily. The palatial home remains one of America’s most romantic National Historic Landmark and Museum. When it was completed Whitehall, Henry Flagler’s Gilded Age estate in Palm Beach, was hailed by the New York Herald as “more wonderful than any palace in Europe, grander and more magnificent than any other private dwelling in the world.” Today, Whitehall is a National Historic Landmark and is open to the public as the Flagler Museum, featuring guided tours, changing exhibits, and special programs.109
