For a fourth year, the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas will host its Scales and Ales fundraising gala. On the evening of Friday, September 20, you will have the opportunity to partake in cocktails, cuisine, and live entertainment – all for a good cause. Proceeds from the event, set within the aquarium and across its surrounding Woldenberg Park, will go to support the organization’s conservation initiatives and educational programs.

With over thirty restaurants featured, attendees will find a multitude of appetizers, desserts, and heartier dishes to enjoy. Among the culinary talents to contribute their creations to this year’s event will be representatives from Chiba, Gordon Biersch Brewery, Swiss Confectionary, Angelo Brocato’s, and Deanie’s Seafood.

The evening’s entertainment will be headlined by Atlanta’s premiere party-dance band, Simply Irresistible. Also, adding flare with their candy-colored wigs and unrivaled enthusiasm will be one of New Orleans’ favorite dance troupes, The Sirens.

Finally, not to be missed, Scales and Ales will feature a Fly.Drive.Stay raffle with tickets for $10/each. A limited number of tickets will be sold and prizes include a stay-cation at The Roosevelt New Orleans, a Mississippi Beach escape, and an unlimited flight-fueled getaway.
