Fruity Drinks

Watermelon Cocktail

2 parts Avión Silver or Reposado
1 part Fresh Lime Juice
4 One-Inch Cubes Fresh Watermelon
Squeeze Agave Nectar

Muddle watermelon with agave nectar in a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish as desired.

Just Peachy 

2 oz. SKYY Vodka
1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
½ oz. Ginger solution
½ oz. Peach Liquor

Ginger solution: Equal parts fresh ginger, water, sugar. Blend and double strain. Shake all ingredients (except soda), strain over ice and top with soda. Garnish with mint and peach slices.

Midori Margarita

1 part MIDORI® Melon Liqueur
1.5 parts Espolón® Tequila
2 parts Sweet and Sour Mix

Pour over ice into a margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

‘Mango Daiquiri Scandal’ featuring Smirnoff Sorbet Light in ‘Mango

1.5 oz. Mango Passion Fruit SMIRNOFF SORBET Light
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Build in a stemless wine glass over ice. Garnish with mango wedge or lime wheel.

‘Cucumber Spa-Tini’ featuring Smirnoff Sorbet Light in ‘Lemon’

1.5 oz. Lemon Smirnoff Sorbet Light
0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5. Agave Nectar
10 slices of English Cucumber
1.5 oz. Club Soda

In a mixing glass, add cucumbers and remaining ingredients, except soda; add ice, shake, strain into a chilled martini glass, top with soda and garnish.

Ginger Lady featuring Smirnoff Sorbet Light in ‘Raspberry Pomegranate’

1.5 oz. Raspberry Pomegranate Smirnoff Sorbet Light
2 oz. Diet Ginger Ale
1 oz. Cranberry Juice

Build in a highball glass over ice, squeeze in lime and stir.

‘Brioso’ (Lively)

3 oz. Ruffino Prosecco
1 oz. London Dry Gin
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
3 pc Raspberry
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Pour gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, raspberries and bitters into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain liquid into a cocktail glass. Top with Ruffino Prosecco and garnish with a raspberry.
