A-list celebrity trainer Bizzie Gold officially launched THE BUTIK, her first BUTI Lifestyle studio and headquarters, on Thursday, July 25 in Santa Monica. While DJ La Muerta provided a high energy vibe, guests checked out the new digs and conversed, sipping organic OM vodka cocktails and sampling cuisine creations by organic and natural foods chef, T. Porter. By the end of the night guests were sashaying out the door with purely healthy gifts of swag sponsored by Lara Bar and Blue Monkey Coconut Water, complete with Bizzie’s DVD set of her incredible BUTI workouts, all held inside a bag en-scripted with a barrage of motivating verbiage; “I am a woman… Together we’ve got this… My body is strong and fierce…I shine bright when I choose dance over deprivation and play over punishment…I am a BUTIsattva.”
Bizzie’s nationally acclaimed signature BUTI Tone Sculpt workout is the center of THE BUTIK where a total wellness program is personalized for each woman looking for a total transformation that walks through her door. Customized workouts, nutrition strategies, monthly meal plans, one-on-one consultations with Bizzie, exclusive access to all events and seminars, and online streaming classes when traveling are all part of the membership package, designed to build long, lean muscle, drastically change body composition, and profoundly alter the way each participant feels, thinks, and looks.
Bizzie has assembled a crew of like-minded, like-spirited young women who are committed and passionate about her cause – to transform how women appreciate, take care of, and move within their bodies. Each individual I spoke with was engaging, inspiring, and naturally beautiful. Our conversations brought forth mutual realizations that we don’t need to starve and pound on our bodies and our spirits to cut the figures that we desire. In fact the opposite is true. When we indulge in expressive movement and love and nourish ourselves (and one another), we can unlock our strongholds and unleash an unstoppable internal and external beauty. Bizzie Gold has created a fitness program, and developed a dynamic team, which offers the means to do just that.
Gold has created an exhilarating free flowing body workout that combines elements of yoga and tribal dance, with circuits of plyometrics and conditioning. It’s sensual, intense, super fun, and freeing. It’s no wonder that her BUTI signature style of movement has been gaining a national media presence since 2012. So far BUTI has been featured in SELF Magazine and InStyle and was deemed one of the “Hottest workouts of 2013″ by both the TODAY Show and Shape magazine. When you experience it for yourself, you’ll immediately know why. Your hips will be opening and circulating and your booty will be shaking. And soon, the fat will begin to melt off your body, revealing healthy, toned, feminine musculature.
The program that Bizzie offers was born from her unique athletic prowess, being a competitive Olympic-trained skier, and also out of her need to find healing from her own personal struggles. In turn, she has created a cohesive and transformative wellness program that focuses on nourishment through food and movement. The BUTI signature style is ultra feminine and taps an inner magic that is gratifying in comparison to the mostly masculine programs that emphasize pounding, over training, and deprivation. As BUTI’s Director of Wellness MC Shurett put it, “I was on the hunt for peace when I found Bizzie.” She had come to a point where her training program had actually become unhealthy, leaving her with gobs of hair falling from her head. Bizzie opened up a whole new approach to fitness that taps into a freeing feminine spirit for MC and thousands of other women who have found BUTI.
I’m so happy I found Bizzie too and am excited to indulge in the BUTI experience. Look out, world! There are more of us free flowing, strong, intentional women coming up. Join the revolution!
