I can’t think of a more exciting evening to spend at LACMA. An elite group of the top rising star chefs from around the US will gather at the beautiful Los Angeles County Museum of Art on Wilshire Blvd. to celebrate, cook and show off their skills all for you. Your night will include delectable treats from around ten assembled chefs with a three hour open bar. The band Yellow Red Sparks will set the mood.
The Second Annual Eater Young Guns was started with the goal of creating a lasting and durable honor for the restaurant industry, an award that can be found on resumes and worn proudly by those talented chefs chosen. Industry leaders will select those under thirty years old or those who have worked in the industry for less than five years who show extraordinary talent. The gala event will proudly show off the winners and the chosen will be featured on Eater.
Check out this video to get your taste buds rolling or listen to Chef John Poiarkoff, a Young Gun Nominee, as he talks about some of his creations from restaurant The Pines in Brooklyn.
