On Saturday, June 22, New OrleansContemporary Arts Center will host its annual summertime fundraiser, Bourbon and Burlesque. At the museum and non-profit’s CBD location, the event will feature not only live music and dance performances, but also specialty cocktails and cuisine. Proceeds from both admission and raffle ticket sales will benefit the CAC’s ongoing mission to support and showcase multidisciplinary artists from around the world.

The always-extravagant burlesque showcase will include presentations by Fleur de Tease, Queerlesque, Reverend Spooky & Her Billion Dollar Baby Dolls, and Storyville Starlettes, as well as Bourbon Street’s legendary Wild Cherry. Likewise, NOLA entertainment mainstays Chris Lane, Michael Miller, and Dr. Sick will be on hand with their unique brands of humor and intrigue, as they serve as this year’s masters of ceremony. Additional musical entertainment will be provided by Linnzi Zaorski and Jayna Morgan & the Creole Syncopators.
