On Thursday, June 13, New Orleanians are called to Pause 4 Dinner (and Lunch!) to support the LA/SPCA. Almost 60 local restaurants, including Bistro Daisy, Cafe Amelie, The Irish House, Nirvana and Slice, have pledged to donate 20 percent of their day’s dining proceeds to the cause. For a full list of participating restaurants, please click here.

The Louisiana Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (LA/SPCA) is the “oldest and most comprehensive animal welfare organization” in our state. The non-profit is “dedicated to the elimination of animal suffering” by supporting their welfare and interests, as well as “fostering the human/animal bond through innovative programs, education, and service.”

New Orleans’ Pause 4 Dinner (and Lunch!) fundraiser is an annual event that provides invaluable support for the forwarding of this mission. Many thanks to the generous restaurants and culinary teams that have chosen to participate.
