Kid’s Cancer Buzz-Off To Benefit Boston Children’s Hospital

On Sunday June 9, 2013 at Gillette Stadium the third annual The One Mission’s Kid’s Cancer Buzz-Off will take place. The goal for this year is to shave 800 heads and raise a cool $1 million for the Boston Children’s Hospital. In exchange for a donation, participants of the fundraiser promise to shave their heads in honor and support of those with pediatric cancer.

The proceeds from the sold-out event will benefit The Boston Children’s Hospital’s patient and family support programs that are designed to educate, empower and uplift those affected by pediatric cancer. The funds raised from Sunday’s event will also go towards cancer and blood disease research.

Whether it is off with their hair or out with their wallets, Gillette Stadium will be buzzing with people helping to make a difference in the lives of children with cancer.

WHEN: Sunday, June 9, 2013 from 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
