New England Patriots alumnus Kevin Faulk, many former New England Patriots players, local sports figures, football fans and supporters, and Abby Lane Chef/Owner Jason Santos are all expected to attend the launch of the Kevin Faulk Fondation on June 4. The event was organized by Kirsten Fedewa & Assoc, LLC.
The Kevin Faulk Foundation was founded by Kevin in 2012 in honor of his mother, who always encouraged him to give back to the community. The purpose of the Foundation is to support any and all non-profit organizations and activities with a specific mission to ensure that our youth have a healthy balance between academics and athletics and are well prepared for educational and athletic experiences during their school years and beyond. The Foundation strives to provide the necessary tools to succeed in both of the aforementioned areas by placing an emphasis on educational mentorship of student athletes thereby reinforcing the importance of academics to their futures. Faulk will unveil his charity that supports a summer camp for children called The Kevin Faulk Youth Summer Football Camp.
There will be a meet-and-greet with Kevin Faulk and his NFL friends as well as delicious food prepared by Jason Santos who is best known for his blue hair and appearance on “Hell’s Kitchen“. Ticket price includes beer, wine and signature Tito’s Vodka cocktails as well as passed appetizers. There will be a live and silent auction to benefit the organization.
