Hollywood vintage for the modern woman is making a debut in Hillsboro Village.  BABE Beauty Bar is bringing “Power Pampering” to Nashville with a mid-May grand opening.

“We’re thrilled to introduce Nashville women to a truly unique makeup and pampering experience,” says BABE founder, Kathleen Smith.  “Each and every customer who sits down at one of our vanities will be given the star treatment.”

Founded by professional makeup artists, Smith and Nicole Payne, BABE is inspired by vintage Hollywood and created for modern women “seeking on-the-go beauty and impeccable service.”

Located at the corner of 21st Avenue South and Wedgewood, BABE offers signature looks from Classic to Sensual, Brilliant to Pure, Runway to Beach.  The elegant 1,700 square foot beauty bar is equipped with twelve vanities and professional makeup artists ready to shape brows, extend lashes, create “Full Face” makeovers or flirty “Touch and Go” looks.

Though new to the neighborhood, BABE, which stands for “Beauty Always, Beauty Everywhere,” is already an active part of the Nashville community. The Beauty Bar recently participated in a Vanderbilt University fundraiser benefiting GlamourGals, a non-profit organization providing complimentary beauty makeovers to women living in senior homes.  This wonderful organization raises self-esteem, builds companionship, and creates mutual respect between young volunteers and senior participants.  With a mission to “bring out the beauty in everyone,” BABE continues to look for charity partnerships within the community.

A native of Tennessee, Smith says Nashville was chosen for its “business-friendly environment, entertainment-related talent and strong female component of the city’s personality.”

In a matter of days you will be able to book your appointment for a fun and elegant “Power Pampering” session.  Looks ranging from “high drama” to “natural glow,” bachelorette parties, birthday fun, photo shoot prep, wedding party glamour, or just a fun afternoon with the girls are all available at Nashville’s new BABE.
