Amanda Stone is a six year pro makeup artist who’s worked in Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, and most recently Seattle. After graduating from Makeup Designory in 2007, she started work in a variety of avenues from runway, to retail, to bridal. Through her experience as a pro artist, she found her true passion in sharing tips and tricks with women of all ages (and budgets) to look and feel their best! From backstage secrets to drugstore treasures, she makes sure to have a valuable piece of advice for everyone. Alongside her career, she is a brand new mom to Madeline, a new fiance, and a new transplant to Seattle!

Art For Freedom Silent Art Auction In Seattle To Benefit Refugee Women’s Alliance

The Refugee Women’s Alliance’s (ReWA) Third Annual Art For Freedom Silent Art Auction is being held on March 28, from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.

This auction will be benefiting the victims of human trafficking. There will be live music, light refreshments, and raffle drawings.

ReWA was founded in 1985 to support refugee women and their families by providing a multitude of resources and tools to lead successful lives. They are one of the largest non-profit refugee and immigrant service providers in the Puget Sound area. ReWA offers everything from finding employment opportunities to teaching job related skills. Their continued success is largely credited to their hard-working Board of Directors and volunteers.
