With award season in full force, we’re seeing a lot of fierce and fabulous red carpet looks. One actress in particular who stands apart from the crowd with her precious pixie cut is Anne Hathaway. We loved her since The Princess Diaries, and all the way through Get Smart, Rachel Getting Married, and now Les Misérables. Her on screen performances have earned her dozens of awards, and now her red carpet style has risen to the top as well. Just in 2013, we have seen some of our favorite red carpet looks from the lovely actress- let’s take a look!
From Critics’ Choice Awards to the Golden Globes, Anne always sparkles on the carpet with her award winning smile, stunning beauty and standout hairstyle. If that wasn’t enough to make any girl jealous, she throws on a gorgeous dress and makes everyone’s mouths drop. Here Anne is at the Critics’ Choice Awards in a floor-length Oscar de la Renta gown, Casadei heels, and Tiffany & Co. jewelry.
Anne was a vision of perfection at the 2013 Golden Globes in this snow white Chanel dress encrusted in glittering crystals. Not to take away from the dress, Anne smartly accessorized by minimizing the jewelry to simple yet elegant bracelets.
On February 10th, Anne attended the BAFTAs (British Academy Film Awards) in London, England. She looked radiant in a long Burberry gown with a studded bodice and Rona Pfeiffer bangles.
Staying right on trend, on February 19th, Anne kept up her flawless award show red carpet streak going at the 2013 Costume Designers Guild Awards by wearing a dazzling Gucci mini dress and bag, Julieri studs, and Dana Rebecca bangles. She also wore bedazzled sandals to shine above the rest, from head to toe!
For the big finale at the 2013 Oscar Awards on February 24th, Hathaway did not disappoint. Her winning streak of gorgeous designer gowns continued to the Academy as she donned a light pink Prada gown. Unsurprisingly, the actress took home her first Academy Award for Supporting Actress for Les Misérables.
Which red carpet look from Hathaway was your favorite? We would love to hear from you!
