Argo

Argo captures the true events of the Iranian hostage situation of 1979 and the operation that unfolded to save the six Americans who escaped. Being kept in the home of the Canadian ambassador, the hostages knew they had only a short time before their identities were discovered. Their hopes of returning home is kept alive by CIA specialist Tony Mendez (Ben Affleck) who comes up with a risky plan to rescue them by creating a fake science fiction movie.
