Progressions Salon Spa In Rockville Creates Passport Program To Support Military Families

The Passport Program has taken flight at Progressions Salon Spa Store in Rockville.  The program is designed exclusively for active military members, their families, and students of all ages, and offers budget-friendly services and lifestyle events to offset stress and improve well-being.  The Passport Program is primarily focused on self-care.

The program offers discounts on popular products and services, and features wellness seminars on topics such as yoga and skincare.  As an added benefit, members receive discounts and financial rewards by referring others to the program. Inspired by their proximity to local military installations, Progressions sees the program as a chance to “give back” to soldiers and their families. “Extended tours and financial worries create unbelievable stress for active duty families,” said Cindy Feldman, Progressions’ owner.  “Our program enhances how military families care for themselves and for each other.”

With education costs rising, the program brings hair and stress-relief services to students at affordable prices.  “The Passport Program gives students the tools to project confidence at any age, from middle school though college,” said Feldman.  A  passionate philanthropist, Feldman established community service as a cornerstone of her business in 1984.  Progressions has evolved into a 9,000-square-foot retreat where excellence in service and in education is important to Feldman’s team.  Progressions has built its reputation on an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and has been considered one of the leading salons in the Washington area for nearly three decades.  Progressions has donated thousands of dollars and volunteer hours to local causes.  “We’ve supported military outreach programs in the past, and we’re proud to establish our own program and support those deserving our attention,” Feldman said.

To enroll in the Passport Program, students, active military members, and their families may go online, call 301-231-8757, or visit Progressions.  A valid student or military ID is required at the time of service.
