Upon arriving at college, Beca (Anna Kendrick) is encouraged to explore campus and extracurricular activities. Trying to find the right spot for her, Beca is talked in to joining the all-girl singing group, “The Bellas,” by one of the group leaders, Chloe (Brittany Snow). Beca uses her own musical uniqueness to mix things up and helps “The Bellas” compete against the male vocal group on campus.
