Four Seasons Spa In Austin

I try and get a facial every season as I always feel like it’s the perfect excuse to get one of my favorite spa treatments, with a big change in the weather.  I’ve been wanting to try the Spa Happy Hour at the Four Seasons Spa, ever since I first heard about it months ago, so used the fall as my excuse and wow was it amazing!!

I touched base with a friend that works at the Four Seasons to see if she had a recommendation for a therapist and she recommended Stephanie who seemed to know my skin as well as she knew her own as all of her treatments and recommendations were spot on.

While spa guests can’t visit the pool during their treatment, you can enjoy the airy gym before or after your treatment (but I definitely recommend getting in your workout before!).  I got in some cardio and weights while enjoying the sunny view from the ground floor gym. The showers were great and I was really glad I gave myself extra time to enjoy the sauna.

I had the Sapphire and Pearl Illuminating Facial and, while extractions aren’t listed in the facial descriptions, they can be added (for no additional fee) to any facial. Stephanie cleaned my skin with the right mix of masks, toners and lotions and indulged me in some amazing massages while a few of the treatments were drying and working their magic on my face.
