Miss A Columnist

Aimee Landreneau-deTurk is Co-Editor for Miss A in New Orleans. She currently works at Tulane University as a contract specialist, and writes a personal blog, www.gratisNOLA.com, about all things “FREE” in the City. Needless to say, when she’s not at work Aimee is out and about enjoying everything the City has to offer, culinary and cocktail delights, art openings, live music, and of course festivals. Aimee loves festivals, and attends the New Orleans Jazz Fest all seven days. She is also a huge fan of all things Mardi Gras, and wouldn’t think about missing a single parade. Luckily, Aimee’s husband feels the same way, so they were married on the first day of Carnival season in the heart of the French Quarter. The wedding was Mardi Gras themed, of course! If you have a New Orleans charity or cultural event, restaurant, boutique, spa, or salon you would like covered on Miss A, please contact Aimee at aimee.landreneau-deturk@askmissa.com.
