Top Chef & pop up kitchens continues to take over the planet with the latest installment in this new series of food events. The pop up kitchen is the new must-have accessory for events. If you’ve watched season after season of “Top Chef,” then this is the ultimate food inspired event for you. This one-of-a-kind dining event started in New York last week and diners are very impressed. For a limited time, during October and November Top Chef Kitchen will be providing fervent fans the opportunity to experience the food they have come to love and crave over the past nine seasons of the Emmy-winning series.
“Fans can meet a range of our talented chef’testants and taste for themselves what it’s like to participate in a Top Chef dinner that, until now, they’ve only seen on TV,” says Ellen Stone, senior vice president of marketing for Bravo.
The kitchen will feature unique menus created and executed on-site by “Top Chef” alumni and viewer favorites — Richard Blais, Jennifer Carroll, Dallas’ own Tiffany Derry, Tiffani Faison, Mike Isabella, Edward Lee, Antonia Lofaso, Paul Qui, Grayson Schmitz and fan favorite Fabio Viviani, who will rotate as executive chefs throughout the following weeks.
The Top Chef Kitchen will serve dinner nightly Tuesday – Sunday, until November 18, but make your reservations ASAP; some slots have already sold-out. The meal includes a chance to indulge in a four-course prix-fixe menu with or without wine pairings, or reserve the exclusive “Chef’s Table,” an eight-course tasting menu with wine pairings and the chance to be up close and personal with the chef’testants. In addition to a full cocktail program, Top Chef Kitchen will offer a robust wine. If you don’t get a chance to make it to NYC there is also the Top Chef Cruise early next year. More details to come later this week. Reservations for the dinner can be made at OpenTable
