Root Yoga Center invites one into a feeling of peace and restoration. Whether you are mastering your handstand under the watchful eye of instructor Amy Baker or releasing some tension through Qi Gong, the studio’s protective brick walls and floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to restore your inner Qi far removed from the sounds of the city. It is easy to understand why Root Yoga Center was named best yoga studio of 2012 in 5280 Magazine.
