Halloween is a time of celebration, superstition and beer? Yes, this year Halloween comes early to the city of Atlanta with the Boos and Brews Halloween party on Friday, October 26, 2012 from 9 p.m. – 1 a.m. at SweetWater Brewery in Midtown.
The famous brewery, known for their wide variety of brews for any beer scholar, will be housing this year’s Halloween party, allowing a great opportunity to rock your costume twice. Presented by Atlanta Beer Festivals, guests will enjoy a $38 souvenir pint glass filled to the brim with SweetWater’s best home brews. Live music by Ocean Street and The Kevin Lewis Duo will help kick the night off right and, later, guests can compete for the best costume in the costume contest. There will be plenty of indoor space to show off your costume-creativity as well as the iconic dance moves to “Thriller”and other favorites.
Atlanta Beer Festivals plans and produces beer festivals all over Atlanta. They strive to support and promote Atlanta’s local breweries and combine creative ideas and beer for an ultimate beer fest experience. They have hosted the Atlanta Summer Beer Fest and the Atlanta Winter Beer Fest in the past.
Vampires, monsters and ghosts alike are welcome to help Atlanta Beer Festivals celebrate the spirit of Halloween at SweetWater Brewery. Prepare for a night off tricks and treats, good people and great beer.
