American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

It’s not too late to be a part of a well-known event that supports breast cancer awareness. American Cancer Society‘s annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is coming to a city near you! This is a great opportunity for you to join your family and friends and walk either in honor or memory of a loved one who has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Making Strides Against Breast Cancer gives us an opportunity to remember our loved ones who have passed and celebrate the survivors who are courageously fighting this disease every day.

The funds raised by the passionate teams behind Making Strides Against Breast Cancer help those who may have just been diagnosed or are still battling breast cancer. These funds go directly towards research and support programs provided by the American Cancer Society.

You can search for a Making Strides Against Breast Cancer in your hometown to get started on this empowering experience. Once you sign up, you will have access to resources that will help you and your team make the most out of fundraisers. You can also sign up to volunteer and give your time and support!

I am currently working with the American Cancer Society and will be at the Making Strides of Staten Island on October 21! It has been an amazing journey to be part of a team of such motivated employees and volunteers who work relentlessly in hopes of a day where cancer no longer exists.
