Kristen Kwiatkowski is a freelance writer who enjoys writing about many different subjects. As October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (NBCAM) it stands to reason that there are plenty of breast cancer organization events taking place throughout Philadelphia this month. Susan G. Komen for the Cure Philadelphia is proud to sponsor a wide array of charity events to raise money for those battling breast cancer in the Philadelphia area. One such event taking place in the city this month which is tailored for young professionals who wish to support this excellent cause is The After Party: Pink Tie Masquerade Ball on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 8:30 p.m.

Being held at the elegant Loews Hotel on 12th and Market Streets, this gala is sure to be one big party held for a great cause. Those in attendance will enjoy a premium open bar, a wide array of heavy hors d’oeuvres and mouthwatering desserts. Experience the “Interlude” in the ballroom with Tony Grandberry and the Big Fun Orchestra and then dance all night to the sounds of Bravo Jazz and DJ Robbie Robb from Mix 106.1, all the while enjoying fabulous views of the city lights from the 33rd floor of the Loews Hotel.
