The KICKS Country Fair hasn’t been around since 2008, when ticket sales fell in the wake of a faltering economy. Now fans are delighted to see it return. Jackson’s new single, “So You Don’t Have To Love Me Anymore,” has been getting heavy airplay lately, while a video for the song is currently running on Country Music Television (CMT) and Great American Country (GAC). The single comes from the Georgia native’s new album, Thirty Miles West, which shot to #1 on the Billboard Country Album sales chart upon its release.

Kix Brooks, of the country music duo Kix and Dunn, will host. The gates open at 4:30 p.m., and the concert starts at 5:30 p.m.

Jackson will be joined onstage by country music recording artist Clay Walker, who was recently inducted into the Louisiana Musicians Hall of Fame. His 1993 debut single, “What’s It To You,” and his 1994 follow-up, “Live Until I Die, both reached #1 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles and Tracks chart.

Corbette Jackson and Jana Kramer are also featured performers at the Country Fair concert. Corbette Jackson, like Alan, is a Georgia native. Kramer is an actress as well as a singer. She’s best known for her role as Alex Dupre on the television show One Tree Hill.
