Suzanne Allaire is a Philadelphia transplant, born and raised in north central Massachusetts. She studied Business Management and Marketing at the University of Delaware and currently works in the online marketing field. She is a single mother raising a magnificent daughter. An avid writer, runner, eater, drinker and do-gooder, Suzanne writes a weekly blog, Runnerve, for a local Philadelphia publication. She is a volunteer, committee member and shelter liaison for The Monster Milers; a Philadelphia based group that runs shelter dogs at 3 locations in the city.

Wednesday evening, October 10, 2012  Hope Chest, Philadelphia’s premier lingerie store, is hosting a Head-to-Toe Beauty Hook-up that you don’t want to miss.

The pros at Hope Chest, along with their beauty authorities, will give pointers for looking flawless from head-to-toe and show local ladies how to build a lingerie wardrobe to suit every outfit. Featuring trunk shows by ResultWear luxury shapewear and Jenna Leigh Lingerie as well as make-up lessons by Julie Wolkov, airbrush tanning by Erica and hair styling by Giovanni & Pileggi.

Hope Chest, voted one of the top lingerie stores in the world by Travel and Leisure Magazine, offers some of the finest lingerie available. Owner Jen Rosen has carefully cultivated a collection of fine lingerie, bras, sleepwear and shapewear. Current brands include Wolford, Cosabella, Hanky Panky, Simone Perele and more.

Hope Chest’s Philadelphia location, which opened in September of 2012 is also a “bucket of bras” host for Free The Girls, a non-profit organization providing job opportunities to women rescued from sex trafficking. One-hundred percent of public donations directly fund job creation projects. Free The Girls provides these rescued women the ability to earn a living selling second-hand clothing while they go back to school.

Small bites and wine will be served, so grab your girlfriends and a gently used quality bra and make a girls’ night out of it.
