The event is hosted by the Boston Harbor Island Alliance and all proceeds underwrite free entry for children in the annual Spectacle Island Fun Run. The American Girl Fashion Show will also raise funds to provide children free ferry passes to the Boston Harbor Islands, healthy living initiatives and free ferry access to chaperoned community youth groups.
