The specialty sandwich features black pepper lamb braised in yogurt and spices like cloves, green cardamon, coriander and ginger on a toasted semolina baguette with chili yogurt, pickled red cabbage and carrots, cucumber, and fresh cilantro and mint. With the right amount of spicy, sweet and savory, this sandwich is a must try!

As with previous collaborations, $6 from each sale (the sandwich is $9.25) will be shared between two charities personally selected by the chefs – Floyd chose The Young Scientist Foundation encouraging kids to discover their passion for science to develop new treatment for diseases, and Num Pang chose Tuesday’s Children, an organization providing support and services for children of 9/11.

So, why not stop on by and try something out of the ordinary? You’ll be donating to two great causes: charity and your stomach!
