Balthazar Restaurant In New York’s SoHo

While surfing the sights and shops of SoHo, one is bound to get hungry, and what better place to go than Balthazar’s? Owned by Keith McNally, a restaurateur who has been on the New York restaurant radar for over 30 years,  and is widely known as “The Restaurateur Who Invented Downtown.”, Balthazar’s is a remarkable bistro that will please every single one of your senses.

Balthazar serves a variety of authentic French dishes that are so delicately made, each flavor jumps out at you and immerses you in the intricately beautiful French culture and cuisine. While there you can indulge yourself in the opportunity to have your morning eggs nine ways, try something new like the Tuscan black kale, dried currants and pine nut Socca or the escargots, or you can immerse yourself in the many cakes, tarts, sorbets and after hour selections available.

The ambiance of Balthazar’s has been described as capturing and inspiring by various new and loyal customers and its appeal has proven to be timeless as it has raked in success since its initial opening in 1997. However, because the restaurant is very beloved, it is very crowded, and getting a reservation may take several days. But when you’re being given the chance to visit Paris, without even having to cross the Atlantic, the wait is worth it.
