Keep Austin Well is not only a run but also a non-profit organization created by Total Wellness Austin, an establishment whose mission is to promote both a healthy mind and body. They do this by providing a combination of services tailored to each individual. If you want to work on your physical strength and fitness, the personal trainers there provide boot camp services every day of the week and the yoga instructors will schedule private sessions with you. If you want to soothe your body, the certified massage and acupuncture services will help relieve its tensions. If you want health care for body pains without having to resort to drugs or invasive surgery, the chiropractor will help you with that. In addition to all of these services, Total Wellness Austin also provides nutritional and mental counseling sessions. Total Wellness Austin makes a point to take care of you completely.

And to further their mission for all-around healthfulness, Total Wellness Austin is inviting you to come run or walk with them at their Keep Austin Well 5K. Not only will you be active with others who want to further their own health while giving back to the community, you’ll also be enjoying really nice shopping scenery and mother nature at Arbor Trails. There are many restaurants in the area as well, so if you get hungry after the walk try something healthy at Whole Foods, Smoothie King, or My Fit Foods.
