Ingredients

  • Your favorite organic cereal or granola
  • Your choice of yogurt ( we use coconut yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions

Using a clear glass, like a goblet or sturdy wine glass,  layer ingredients in approximately 1/2 inch layers, beginning with cereal, enough to cover the bottom of the glass, add a layer of yogurt, followed by berries and or banana, then add more cereal and repeat the process until you reach the desired amount. You can get creative and use whatever fruits you choose.

Top with slivers of banana and a few dashes of cinnamon.
