Healthy Homemade Ice Cream Recipe

This healthy ice cream has become a daily treat in my home! It’s highly addictive, loaded with healthy protein and creamy delicious.

Nut Ice Cream

Ingredients
makes 2 generous servings

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup raw pecans
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 packet Stevia to taste (you can also use a 1/4 cup coconut sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 tablespoon raw shredded coconut
  • 2 cups ice
  • Splash of almond milk

Blend ingredients in the Vitamix blender or high speed blender, add the splash of almond milk if you need it to get the blending started.

Serve immediately.
