Miss A’s Faves: Best of Celebrity Beauty Awards 2012

Sofia Vergara at the 2012 Vanity Fair Oscar Party at the Sunset Tower hotel in Hollywood, CA, February 26, 2012

Every so often, a celebrity is honored with having the new “it” hair of the moment (remember “The Rachel”?). This time around it’s all about Sofia Vergara‘s must-have chocolate tresses. The sexy brunette (who’s naturally a blonde) does tousled waves and care-free hair with ease, making her our pick for Best Hair.

So what do Miss A contributors love so much about the Modern Family star’s ‘do? How about the fact that “her long, flowing, shiny hair” always “looks naturally healthy, full, [and] not over-done.” Sofia’s locks are “so lush” and we can’t get enough of her signature cascading wavy hairstyle as she wore at this year’s Vanity Fair Oscar Party.

The Colombian beauty’s hairstylist, Jen Atkin, talked about the actress’ long layered hair in this month’s issue of Elle, saying that “Sofia has made nighttime hair work for morning, noon, and night.” By just blow drying hair straight and loosely wrapping two-inch sections around a curling iron, “The Sofia” is simple to achieve.
