Emily Bergl, headliner for Dallas Children's Theater Gala
Dallas is home to many stellar events, and one of this year’s is bound to be the Dallas Children’s Theater’s 20th Annual Cabaret Gala, starring Emily Bergl, coming October 6, 2012 at 8:30pm to the fabulously decadent Venetian Room at the Fairmont Dallas.
Since 1993, the Dallas Children’s Theater Gala has been a sell-out event and has raised over $1.7 million and this year’s event looks to hold the same magical effect. Emily Bergl, this year’s cabaret artist, is best known as Beth Young on the recently canceled Desperate Housewives in addition to numerous film and television roles. She has been playing a successful run in New York and has been recently invited to bring her lauded cabaret act to The Carlyle. Chaired by Yvonne Crum and her fab team of Dallas Theater lovers and active supporters including Ruth Buzzi, Caroline Rose Hunt, Carolyn Lupton, Jill Rowlett and Dee Wyly, The Dallas Children’s Theater Cabaret Gala is one of those fun events where the entertainment is just as fantastic, as the company. Guests will also be treated to a post-dinner champagne and dessert mix while mingling in the lush elegance of the Venetian Room.
