Top Five Late Summer Concerts Coming To Chicago

Summer is half over, but there’s still plenty of time to enjoy summer concerts. Although Lollapalooza and Bruce Springsteen tickets are sold out, here are five highly entertaining shows Chicago music fans can catch this season.

1.  Coldplay

The biggest rock group out today, Coldplay has one of the most anticipated tours of the summer. Fans can see Chris Martin‘s energetic performance while the band plays songs from their latest hit album, Mylo Xyloto.

For classical music fans, there is the Rush Hour Concert Series with classical music performed by some of the top opera singers in the country. Enjoy concerts after work and hear singers like Emily Birsan perform selections from Don Pasquale at the beautiful St. James Cathedral.

3. Tennis

5.  A.V.  Fest/Hideout Block Party Benefiting Rock for Kids
