On Tuesday, July 10th, UCB East presents UCB Ladies Night: Men Welcome. UCB, or the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, offers high quality and affordable comedic performances and classes on Manhattan’s east and west side.
Their dedication to the education of the arts has not gone unnoticed. Previous guest stand-up performances include Robin Williams, Tina Fey, Sarah Silverman and Conan O’Brien. UCB Theater’s improv, sketch comedy and stand up performances also feature participants in current classes.
One of the most exciting shows featured is UCB Ladies Night: Men Welcome. Featuring the talents of Lydia Hensler, Morgan Janett and Shannon O’Neill, this all-women stand-up team is a force to be reckoned with. Their guests range from a dance team to stand ups, to storytellers, to sketch groups. Plus, there’s a mini bar on the stage featurng UCB alumni bartender Brandon Scott Jones. This is an amazing show, and I highly recommend checking it out!
